Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made within 24 hours of your session may incur a cancellation fee or be forfeited. This ensures the time and preparation set aside for you is respected.
Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once a session has taken place. If you need to reschedule with adequate notice, your payment can be transferred to a new appointment time. In exceptional circumstances, please reach out directly to discuss options.
