My journey into Face Reading

I officially began studying Face Reading at the start of 2025 at the White Dragon School of Face Reading in Cooran, Queensland. After completing the intensive training, I went on to do a six-week mentorship with Narelle White to deepen my understanding and refine my skills.

But in truth, my interest in faces began long before that. For many years I found myself fascinated by people’s features and expressions. I read books about physiognomy and quietly observed the stories written in the faces around me. Life, however, was full - and this interest stayed in the background.

In 2024, after coming through a particularly challenging period in my own life, a friend who had just completed a Face Reading course asked if she could read mine. I was completely blown away by what she shared. It felt accurate, affirming and deeply insightful. That same week, I enrolled in the course myself. It felt like coming home to something I had always been curious about.

Before stepping into Face Reading professionally, I was a Practice Manager and Clinical Photographer at our own Skin Cancer Clinic in Birtinya from 2011 until it was sold at the end of 2019. I loved working closely with patients and providing the highest level of care and service. What I bring from those years into my current work is connection, genuine interest in people’s lives, and the art of truly listening.

What I love most about Face Reading is showing clients the strengths that are already written on their face - qualities they may not even realise they possess. Seeing someone recognise their natural gifts and leave with renewed confidence is incredibly rewarding.

For me, this work is about connection and compassion. On a personal level, it gives me deep satisfaction when someone leaves feeling lighter, clearer and more positive about themselves than when they arrived.

My hope is that more people around the world rediscover this ancient practice - not to judge one another, but to understand each other better. Most of us simply want to live joyful, creative lives and feel seen for who we truly are. Face Reading can support that - in relationships, in families, even in the workplace. After all, a face can’t lie… while a résumé sometimes can.

Ultimately, I want my clients to leave with greater awareness of their strengths and the courage to use them wisely. And when it comes to the more challenging traits or “shadow” aspects we all carry, awareness brings choice. We always have the freedom to grow, adjust and evolve.

That, to me, is the true beauty of Face Reading.
